Everfuel signs oxygen offtake deal
Danish developer signs conditional agreement to supply byproduct of green hydrogen production to an undisclosed offtaker
Green fuel developer Everfuel has signed an agreement with an unnamed partner to supply oxygen produced as a byproduct of hydrogen production at its flagship Hysynergy plant in Denmark. The long-term contract includes payment for a capacity reservation of oxygen and a recurring payment for oxygen supply. Everfuel anticipates a minimum revenue of €1mn/yr ($1.05mn/yr) once the agreement is fully implemented. Everfuel has already signed a hydrogen offtake agreement with Danish refinery Crossbridge Energy, a partner on the project, as well as a contract to provide process heat to local district heat operator TVIS.
