Katrina Fritz, Executive Director, California Hydrogen Business Council

Katrina leads the California Hydrogen Business Council as chief advocate for the hydrogen sector in California. She also directs outreach on energy policy and market development for the Stationary Fuel Cell Collaborative. Katrina was appointed to the New Jersey Governor’s Fuel Cell Task Force in 2021. She led business development and government relations for UTC Power and Plug Power and held an independent directorship on the Board of Advent Technologies. Katrina has served on numerous clean energy trade associations and advisory boards, and as an expert to the European Commission energy programs.

Felicia Mester, Senior Lead Government & Public Affairs, OCI

After concluding her studies in the US and the UK, Felicia Mester went on to specialise in regulation and public affairs in the energy sector. She has held roles focused on policy and strategic advocacy at Eurogas, a Brussels-based association representing gas wholesale, retail and distribution companies, and Hydrogen Europe, an association bringing together the entire hydrogen value chain.

In November 2022, Felicia joined OCI as Senior Lead Government & Public Affairs / Head of Office in Brussels to contribute to the company’s global government and public affairs strategy.

Giovanna Pozzi, Head of Market Analysis and Design for Decarbonisation Projects, Snam

Giovanna Pozzi is responsible for monitoring and designing hydrogen and CCS markets functional to the implementation of projects. She is also responsible for impact analysis of legislative and regulatory developments to ensure a complete oversight of Snam positions regarding climate policies in the context of decarbonisation, developing models for the evaluation of Snam’s projects and active participation with the most relevant hydrogen and CCS international associations.

Elise Ring, General Manager Future Fuels, Origin Energy

Elise is a chemical engineer with over 18 years in energy industry, joining Origin in 2014. With a background in asset management and performance and operations, Elise brings deep experience in the successful design and implementation of strategies including operations, optimisation of assets across their lifecycle, digital and innovation.

Elise is a founding member of Origin’s future fuels team and is passionate about building a world class hydrogen industry for Australia.

Elaine Wong, Partner, H+ Partners

Elaine Wong is a co-founder and partner of H+ Partners, which has extensive investment experience in the decarbonisation and hydrogen ecosystems across Asia, Europe, and the US. 

Ms. Wong has over 20 years of private equity experience. In addition to founding H+ Partners, Ms. Wong also co-founded HAO Capital, a China-focused growth equity fund. As a private equity investor, she has helped build, fund, and take companies public in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Frankfurt, London, and New York. She is on the board of trustees of MIT, is the lead independent director for Hyzon Motors, is a board member of Protium Green Solutions and Encina, and also serves on the advisory board for Enapter AG.
